I know squating is really good but i dont do it. But on leg day I do every leg exercise except squats? Do you think it is still effective ?



If you see your legs growing and getting stronger than yeah keep doing what you’re doing but I do recommend adding squats to your routine. I used to avoid doing squats all the time but eventually I stopped being a little bitch and went ahead and started doing them. Takes awhile to get used. Practice form at home before doing them at the gym cause it feels a bit uncomfortable when you first do them. Trust me squats will make a big difference in leg development as well as other everyday actives. It’s a whole body workout that’ll benefit you so much. SQUAT!!!!
